We bake and pack your cookie dreams in the order they are received.

Orders take at most 3 business days to process and then ship, with the exception of holidays.

Packages are shipped via UPS rate of your choosing. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package.

Sweet Botanical Bakes is not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained. We are not liable for items damaged or lost by carrier services (USPS, UPS). Please note that unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for any of our cookie boxes. 

We offer local pick up for larger custom orders, special events, and weddings. Our bakery is not open to the general public.
