I just wanted to say how amazing your cookies are; my daughter bought some for me at the art fair in east greenwich RI.
What a wonderfully delicious treat- you are very talented!
Warm regards - Dana :)
They were delicious - just the perfect amount of sweetness without overpowering the flavor and the texture of the cookie was so soft I would've thought it was baked fresh out of the oven. Can't wait to try more!

Stunned the whole family! These are so delicious and light. Potentially the best shortbread we’ve ever had. Everyone got one cookie and all were like “is this just a cookie with flowers on it?” Totally unassuming until you bite in… then: “OMG these are amazing.” All around hit!

This is the first time I’ve ever wanted seconds of shortbread. I’m going to try to resist having another until after dinner.” “They are almost too lovely to eat (says the woman inhaling ginormous mouthfuls).” “I love shortbread cookies. These are almost too beautiful to eat. They are a work of art! And they were beautifully wrapped! “

Love how sweet and salty balanced these cookies are. I had no idea how much I liked short bread until trying these. Each cookie is so delcious, I really didn't see it coming when I received them as a gift.

Outstanding! I will be a repeat customer - as a gift for family and friends and also for myself!

Geranium
There are over fifty different geraniums with a rose odor!
Micro Marigold
Edible marigold flowers range in taste from mildly citrusy to subtly spicy
German Chamomile
Chamomile flowers have a mild, subtly sweet, herbaceous, and earthy flavor
Hibiscus
Hibiscus' tart flavor is reminiscent of cranberry or pomegranate
Rose Petal
Roses petals have a very aromatic, floral and slightly sweet flavor
Viola
Violas are unique as the entire flower is edible, and the blooms contain a crisp, succulent, and tender texture with a faint, perfumed scent

Calendula
A personal favorite, calendula offers its striking yellow, gold and orange color paired with a nice flavor that ranges from peppery to bitter tangy. It's taste has also been described as similar to saffron.
Rose
A widely used pressed flower! The rose flower is mild, perfume-like, sweet, sour, and bitter all at once. Rose water, on the other hand, can be overwhelming in baked goods and should be well-balanced with other ingredients.
Violets + Pentas
The violet flower is strikingly decorative. It usually has a mild taste, with slight acidity and is high in Vitamin C. The leaf and tender stem can also be consumed raw (think green goddess dressing).
