Shipping Information

Sweet Botanical Bakes bakes and packs your cookies in the order it is received. Orders take at most 3 business days to process and then ship, with the exception of holidays.

Packages are shipped via UPS rate of your choosing. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. Sweet Botanical Bakes is not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained. We are not liable for items damaged or lost by carrier services (USPS, UPS).
